The Candide Quartet opens with an arrangement of Bernstein’s Candide overture, then plays selections by Wynton Marsalis, Mendelssohn’s final string quartet, and music by Aleksandra Vrebalov.

Doors open at 1:40 PM for the 2 PM concert. Admission is free without tickets or reservations, and the Boathouse is wheelchair accessible. The park calendar lists a 3 PM finish, though it says concerts in the series can last up to 90 minutes.
